EZ-CLEAN is a very powerful foaming chlorinated alkaline cleaner. It is designed for fast and complete protein, grease, odor, and color removal with very easy rinsing properties. It is appropriate for cleaning of odd shaped surfaces that require thick, rich foam applications. Useful in meat and poultry operations as well as cheese, dairy, and anywhere protein, stain, odor, and oily soils are present.
COMPLETE+ is a unique chlorinated foaming alkaline cleaner. This product is similar to EZ-CLEAN (listed above) but is a blend that is safe to use on aluminum and painted surfaces. This material is ideal for use in bakeries and other facilities that utilize aluminum equipment and utensils.
BLUESTREAK obtained its name from the first customer to use the blend - after watching how well this product cleaned the fuzzy greasy residue surrounding an old engine and housing, the gentleman stated "That stuff cleans like a blue streak!" Well that was it, the product was named. This blend is one of our best and longest running general purpose cleaner and degreasers. It is safe for all surfaces and may be foamed, circulated, soaked, or manually applied. It is free rinsing and draining and has a fresh, pleasant fragrance. It uses a safe butyl alternative and does NOT contain the potentially dangerous form of butyl found in many cleaner-degreasers today. It has uses in many applications and makes a great all-around cleaner.
DEGREASER 14 does just what the name indicates: it removes grease. This product was developed to clean and remove greases and oils from floors and equipment and is known for its safe but powerful action. It removes peanut and other oils from floors and equipment with caustics or potentially harmful solvents. It is safe for all surfaces and also comes in a low-foaming version for use in automated floor-scrubbers and other areas where foam may not be desired.
MB-668 is a high-foaming acid product designed for mineral scale removal and equipment shining. It is a non-fuming acid with good foaming properties and easy rinsing. Ideal for foam or soak cleaning as well as some COP operations.
NC-699 is a phosphate-free CIP acid formulation with powerful mineral removal properties and is quick and efficient at neutralizing residual alkalinity after caustic washing cycles. It is non-fuming and rinses quickly and easily with no foaming action. It is an effective alterative to traditional phos-nitric blends where phos is not desirable.
SHINE UP acid cleaner is a specially designed foaming acid wash designed to brightly shine stainless equipment and parts. It is designed to clean and shine stainless and rinse freely and completely. This product is ideal for plant maintenance and 'clean up' prior to a customer or outside inspection and tour.
Sanitizer 200 is a multi-chain quaternary compound. It has a very broad spectrum of microbial and viral efficacy and is a non-corrosive material. It is safe for use on all surfaces and is easy to test and verify. Its high dilution range makes it an economical sanitizer and a safer alternative over iodine or hypochlorite and other potentially corrosive products. It wide range of approved uses and dilutions makes it a wise choice for your sanitation and biosecurity needs.
